My project is about New York’s country club bar Flaming Saddles. Through this project, I wanted to give the viewers a vibe about what it looks like inside a bar that is dedicated to the LGBTQ+ community. However, this bar is a real-life version of the movie Kayoty Ugly, where everyone is invited to enjoy country club music and dance performances. This is a place where you can find the story, love, crisis, action, music, and most importantly drama. I tried to recreate the bar atmosphere. While working on this project I found difficulties using multiple audios. But finally, I figured it out. And that was the biggest challenge for me. However, learning about Unity was my Aha moment as this technology was so new for me and I believe learning about this is my accomplishment. I combined Unity with video and audio production and Photoshop. In the beginning, I used a video that explains Flaming Saddles. The billboard of Flaming Saddles provides the audience with some pieces of audio stories. When one gets inside the bar, one will see the performance of the bartenders. Meanwhile, there is also a photo gallery inside the bar.
